Job Description: -
• Appropriately use leads, prospects generated by marketing team for generating sales.
• Convert prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate Primary Residential Properties to the prospects, which match the investment need of the prospects.
• Meet prospects at sites of residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process.
• Make proper coordination with tele calling team for maximum conversions.
• Be compliant with operations process.
• Ensure that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction with Our company at all touch-points
• Provide after sales services and assist in Home Loans for the customers.
